1. WHAT TYPES OF PHOTOGRAPHY AND VIDEOGRAPHY SERVICES DO YOU OFFER?

We specialize in high-end photography and videography specifically for luxury vacation homes. Our services include professional interior and exterior photography, narrative-driven videography, and stunning drone aerial shots to capture the complete essence of your property and its surroundings.

2. Are travel and transportation costs included in the package price?

Travel and transportation costs are not included in the base package price. For shoots outside our local area, all travel expenses: such as flights, car rental, tolls, fuel, accommodation are billed separately and transparently.

3. How are travel costs calculated?

Travel costs are calculated based on:

• Distance and transportation method (car, train, or flight)

• Accommodation and meals, if overnight stays are required

• Local transport at the destination (taxi, rental car, etc.)

• Any applicable tolls or fees

4. HOW LONG DOES THE ENTIRE PROCESS TAKE, FROM PLANNING TO DELIVERY?

The timeline can vary based on the package you choose and the property's size. Generally, the initial consultation and planning can take a few days, the shoot itself usually requires 1-2 days, and the editing process typically takes about 1-2 weeks. We aim to deliver your final photos and videos promptly while ensuring the highest quality.

5. CAN I CUSTOMIZE MY PACKAGE?

Absolutely! We understand that every property has unique needs. While we offer standard packages, we’re happy to tailor a package to fit your specific requirements. Just let us know what you’re looking for, and we can create a custom solution that meets your goals.

6. HOW DO I PREPARE MY VACATION HOME FOR THE PHOTO AND VIDEO SHOOT?

To get the best results, we recommend decluttering and cleaning your property to highlight its features. Consider staging spaces with inviting decor, ensuring good lighting, and making necessary repairs before our arrival. If you have any specific areas you'd like us to focus on, please share that with us in advance!

7. How far in advance should travel be scheduled?

We recommend booking international shoots at least 4–6 weeks in advance. This allows us to arrange travel, accommodation, and any required local permits while maintaining premium production quality.

8. Are drone permits or local regulations included?

Our team always ensures that drone operations comply with local laws and regulations. Any fees or permits required for drone filming are included in the travel and logistics costs.
